All personnel employed by PCCOS are specifically selected based on their qualifications, both academic and vocational, experience in the field that they are being selected for.

All personnel are selected against a specific job requirement that will detail the minimum requirements for education, training and experience. Personnel are encouraged to adopt a “continuous professional development” culture by attending seminars, exhibitions and specific institute meetings. Additional training was considered advantageous for the individual and which “adds value” to the company as well as to the employees.
